Как исправить: «Отказано в доступе» на локальном хосте myphpadmin

Это первый раз, когда я использую phpmyadmin вместе с xampp, и когда я пытаюсь перейти на локальный хост, он говорит «доступ запрещен» со списком ошибок.

Я пробовал несколько решений, похожих на мои, но это не помогает

MySQL сказал: Документация 

Cannot connect: invalid settings.
