Как сделать файлы документов загружаемыми из трясогузки?

Я загрузил PDF-файлы на свою страницу трясогузки, но не могу понять, как заставить их действительно загружаться с самой веб-страницы. Это мой код для файла models.py.

Какой html код мне нужен, чтобы сделать это?
