Я долго занимался поиском линии между двумя (GPS) точками на карте в HelloMapView, но безуспешно.

Может кто-нибудь сказать, пожалуйста, как это сделать.

Предположим, я использую HelloMapView, который расширяет MapView. Нужно ли использовать оверлеи? Если это так, мне нужно переопределить метод наложения onDraw () и нарисовать линию здесь? Я на самом деле пробовал эти вещи, но безрезультатно.

Try this one:
Add itemizedOverlay class:

просто я найду рисование с некоторым прямоугольником в mapview просто мы хотим изменить краску, как нам нравится
