Я проверил это, пытаясь внедрить объект службы в @ManagedBean, но это не удалось с nullpointerexception, поскольку userService имеет значение null.

Только что я попытался использовать @Named для замены @ManagedBean и @Inject вместо @Autowired, и это сработало, хотя я до сих пор не совсем понимаюпричина.

Итак, вот модифицированный управляемый компонент: 

@Named("userBean")
@RequestScoped
public class LoginBean {
    private MstUser entityMstUser;

    @Inject
    private UserService userService;

    @PostConstruct
    private void init() {
        this.entityMstUser = new MstUser();
    }

Это работает, объект службы был введен, хотя userService управляется bу весны?Как это возможно?

Вот еще несколько вещей, которые я добавляю по пути ..

Я добавил это в web.xml 

<listener>
    <listener-class>org.springframework.web.context.request.RequestContextListener</listener-class>
</listener>
<listener>
    <listener-class>org.jboss.weld.environment.servlet.Listener</listener-class>
</listener>

Я также добавилпусто WEB-INF / beans.xml

И это внутри face-config.xml org.springframework.web.jsf.el.SpringBeanFacesELResolver

Я немного обеспокоен использованием @Namedпотому что у меня был плохой опыт , использующий его вместе с ViewScoped.Я чувствую себя намного безопаснее, когда у меня есть возможность @ManagedBean быть инжектированными в сервисные объекты с помощью Spring Framework.

Интересно, что вы, ребята, обычно делаете, чтобы подключить ManagedBean к вашим объектам бизнес-сервисов ... используя CDIили чистая весна, или их сочетание?

отсутствует преобразователь переменных в faces-config.xml

В контексте приложения xml определите bean-компонент для «UserService», например, 

<bean id="userService" class="org.albertkam.yourclassname"/>
...
