Я пытаюсь создать служебное приложение для нажатия клавиш, чтобы я мог выполнять такие действия, как завершение запрограммированного процесса или запуск чего-либо. Я думаю, что я должен держать cmd в любом приложении, а затем ввести 4-значную командную клавишу, чтобы я мог быстро запустить или убить что-либо во время программирования, отладки, просмотра видео и т. Д.

Я понял, как получить обратный вызов с клавиатуры, но по какой-то причине, когда я нажимаю в другое приложение, моя утилита нажатия клавиш больше не получает клавиш. Даже если я вернусь к окну консоли или msvc, я не получу никакого ввода. Это разве что глобально, так как мне установить глобальный хук?

Чтобы ваш хук клавиатуры был доступен из всех процессов, он должен быть помещен в DLL, которая затем будет загружена в адресное пространство каждого процесса. Следует помнить одну важную вещь: поскольку каждый экземпляр DLL загружается в отдельном процессе, у каждого будет своя копия любых глобальных переменных в DLL. Если вам нужно обмениваться данными между этими экземплярами, самый простой способ - создать общий сегмент данных в DLL. Следующий код взят из написанной мной программы мониторинга RSI.

Избегайте примеров кода проекта. (множество ошибок, плохих копий MSDN)

См тонны полных образцов на MSDN на крюках (MSDN, SDK, KB и т. Д.)

И вам не нужна никакая DLL, просто используйте LL-хуки

Для Glopbal Keyboard Hook только для горячих клавиш, тогда Зарегистрируйте горячую клавишу является лучшим (это сделано Microsoft):

Перечитайте введение в хуки в руководстве Win32. (Хорошее место для начала это здесь .)

В частности, если вы хотите перехватывать события в других процессах, вам нужно поместить ваш обратный вызов в DLL, которая вводит в другие процессы Win32. По предоставленному вами коду я не могу определить, находится ли KeyboardProc в DLL или в основной программе. Это не похоже на это, учитывая HINSTANCE, который вы передаете.
