Есть ли какое-нибудь решение, чтобы иметь что-то вроде <cms:include type="OpenCmsString" element="text1" />?Поскольку вывод из моего <cms:include element="text1"> всегда дает мне данные с тегом <p>.

Любая помощь приветствуется.

Я однажды создал свой собственный тег для этого (StripPTag). Вы должны скомпилировать этот класс и обернуть его в файл jar, а затем развернуть его в папке lib вашего web-приложения opencms.

В вашем jsp вы просто окружаете его тогда:

(и не забудьте сослаться на этот тег lib в разделе заголовка jsp).
