В (Window-> Preferences-> Install / Update-> Available Software) я заметил, что флажок «Сайт обновления PyDev» И еще один прямо под ним с местоположением «файл: / updates» были оба проверены, вызывая дубликат большинства или всех обновлений URL. После снятия флажка с местоположением «file: / updates» я смог выполнить обновление (Справка-> Проверить наличие обновлений), после чего была успешно установлена ​​последняя версия PyDev.

Это решение может быть неприменимо только к обновлениям PyDev и может помочь другим с подобными проблемами.

У меня была такая же проблема. После экспорта и импорта закладок проблема не была решена. но я начал получать сообщение об ошибке «Соединение отказано».

По дальнейшим размышлениям я обнаружил, что мой антивирус не позволяет затмению общаться с интернетом. Отключение антивируса заставило его работать.
