Нежелательное перетаскивание при прокрутке

Question

Я использую Jquery ui. Dragable.И когда я прокручиваю абзац, div перетаскивается одновременно с его родительским элементом.Может ли кто-нибудь помочь мне с Как временно отключить перетаскивание при прокрутке?
