Как решить: ошибка компиляции Maven Eclipse

Question

Я пытаюсь скомпилировать свой проект maven в файл .jar.

После запуска в Maven Build ... с целью: compile, я получаю эту ошибку:

Как мне решить эту проблему?

Добавление этого в POM исправило это для меня. Пожалуйста, настройте версию как вам нужно
