Невозможно запустить мобильное приложение Meteor на эмуляторе Android

Я пытаюсь превратить веб-сайт, основанный на метеорах, в мобильное приложение для метеоров.Я считаю, что у меня все настроено правильно, но я не могу заставить андроид работать с эмулятором из Android Studio.Я работаю в Windows 10. Я попытался удалить файл .meteor/local/cordova-build, и он заменил ошибку на эту ошибку, которую я получаю:
