Это шифрование и дешифрование безопасно?

Question

Я построил приложение Windows PasswordManager. Я шифрую и дешифрую пароли с помощью AESManaged. Насколько это безопасно? Я пытался реализовать StringCipher.Encrypt (plainText, пароль) и StringCipher.Decrypt (encryptedText, пароль), но не смог понять это.

Любая помощь будет оценена.
