Maven: нераспознанный тег: плагины

Я попробовал это, но не в порядке

пакетcom.dht.helloworld;

открытый класс HelloWorld {

public String sayHello(){
    return "Hello Maven";
}

    System.out.print(new HelloWorld().sayHello());
}

}

Вот мой pom.xml.Когда я пытаюсь выполнить чистую установку mvn, я получаю сообщение о том, что это нераспознанный тег.Как мне это исправить?
