Используйте кеширование браузера только для нескольких файлов

Question

Я пытаюсь запустить кеширование в браузере. Но только несколько файлов кэшируются. Я протестировал кеширование здесь: https://www.giftofspeed.com/cache-checker/ (этот веб-сайт сообщает то же самое, что и Google Insights)

один файл .css кэшируется, другой файл не кэшируется. Я делаю что-то неправильно ? Что может помочь мне.
