R ggplot2 scale_fill_manual не работает, но scale_colour_manual работает

Понятия не имею, почему scale_fill_manual здесь не работает, а scale_shape_manual и scale_colour_manual работают. Я искал, но никто не решил проблему. R код:

Я разобрался! В scale_shape_manual(values=c("CR/PR"=1,"SD/PD"=0,"DCB"=6,"NDB"=5)) формы полые. Будет изменено значение scale_shape_manual(values=c("CR/PR"=21,"SD/PD"=22,"DCB"=25,"NDB"=23)).
