Получение приведенной ниже ошибки при вызове Create Container.

Код ответа: 411 Ответное сообщение: Требуется длина

Ничего плохого в формате StringToSign.

411 Ответное сообщение: Требуемая длина

Эта ошибка означает, что вы не добавляете заголовок Content-Length:0 в запрос http.

Обновление

Поскольку вы работаете с HttpURLConnection в Java, заголовок Content-Length не может быть установлен вручную по умолчанию, см. этот поток .
