коллег! Я noob во Flutter. Это мое первое приложение, и я пытаюсь включить кнопку только тогда, когда пользователь выбирает значение из выпадающего меню. Я пытался найти похожий вопрос, но не нашел.

Вам придется немного изменить свой код, если вам нужно, чтобы ваши кнопки менялись в соответствии с потоком, переместите ваш StreamBuilder на свой уровень Column и добавьте переменную, чтобы проверить, когда в потоке есть данные.
