Загрузка файла на сервер Raspberry Pi не работает - Python / Flask

Я разрабатываю «служебное» приложение Flask со встроенным файловым менеджером Flask / HTML, который выполняет загрузку файлов с клиентов, которые обращаются к приложению через веб-сервер Apache, работающий на Raspberry Pi.

Загрузка файлов отлично работает на моем локальном компьютере Mac с использованием локального сервера разработки PyCharm. При использовании на Raspberry Pi все работает нормально, кроме загрузки файлов.

Когда я пытаюсь загрузить файл изображения со своего компьютера на Raspberry Pi, я получаю этот экран после нажатия кнопки «Загрузить»:

Ошибка 400: неверный запрос; Браузер (или прокси) отправил запрос, который этот сервер не может понять.

Я перепробовал каждое предложение на многих форумах по переполнению стека, но безрезультатно. В файле error.log Apache2 нет указания, что что-то не так.
