Websocket не отправляет сообщение, пока клиент не отключен

Я изучаю WebSocket, используя PHP-библиотеку Ratchet. Но у меня проблема с отправкой сообщения от клиента / браузера. Я пытался использовать Chrome и Firefox.

Сообщение не отправляется на сервер, пока я не отключу клиента, закрыв вкладку или не обновив браузер.

Обновление: мой сервер использует Centos 7 с включенным firewalld.

После закрытия вкладки браузера вывод сервера выглядит так: 

Connection 73 sending message "tes" to 1 other connection
Connection 73 has disconnected
