localalstorage в настольной клинике outlook

Question

Можем ли мы использовать локальное хранилище в клиенте Outlook для настольных ПК?

Во время отладки веб-надстройки outlook typeof (хранилище) всегда возвращает undefined. Это происходит из-за localhost?

Я знаю, что мог использовать настройки роминга вместо локального хранилища, но данные превышают 31 КБ.
