в PHP
. но каким-то образом он закроется через некоторое время (так много запросов).
В любом случае справиться?
При попытке запустить его после остановки мы получили следующую ошибку:
socket_bind (): невозможно связать адрес [10013]: была предпринята попытка
получить доступ к сокету способом, запрещенным его правами доступа.
