Spring Boot 2 Пакет не найден

Привет всем, я только начал изучать весну. Я получаю следующую ошибку при упаковке maven

У меня есть 2 модуля data и web , я пытаюсь получить доступ к OwnerService (data-> services) из OwnerController (web-> controllers). Я добавил модуль данных в качестве зависимости в веб-пом

Intellij не показывает ошибок, я даже могу перечислить всех владельцев, все работает нормально, но я пытаюсь упаковать, и ошибка появляется. Вот некоторые файлы проекта.

Я пытался с более старой весенней загрузкой версии 2.0.3 ошибка исчезла, но в 2.1.1 сохраняется.

Я думаю, что вам не хватает
