Переменная $ _GET не видна внутри оператора if

Question

Я передал переменную, используя GET , на новую страницу и хотел бы вставить значение в таблицу в моей базе данных, но она говорит о неопределенной переменной $ exex . Я попытался отразить его внутри оператора 'submit' if, но там его тоже не видно. Он выводит только переменную внутри оператора isset GET if.
