Мне нужно интегрировать функции Watson Discovery в существующее приложение-службу Windows, разработанное с Visual Studio 2015 Framework 4.5.

мы не можем обновить версию фреймворка, поэтому библиотека nuget ibm.watson не работает.

я пытаюсь преобразовать эту команду curl
