WebsocketServerContainer отсутствует в ServletContext после обновления Tomcat

Я только что обновил свой локальный tomcat (windows maschine) с 9.0.10 до 9.0.14. Теперь я получаю следующую Stacktrace при запуске моего Spring-приложения (Spring Boot 2.1.1: MVC, Security, Websocket, Session).

Есть идеи, почему это происходит, есть ли известные изменения в tomcat? Я искал журнал изменений, но ничего там.

Спасибо за любой совет или помощь!

Обновление:

После удаления Бина все снова работает нормально. Но это не вариант, потому что мне нужно увеличить лимиты сообщений. Есть ли другой способ сделать это?

        container.setMaxTextMessageBufferSize(1024 * 1024 * 5);

Попробуйте сделать что-то подобное, чтобы настроить размер сообщения: 

@Configuration
@EnableWebSocketMessageBroker
public class WebSocketConfig implements WebSocketMessageBrokerConfigurer {

    ...

    @Override
    public void configureWebSocketTransport(WebSocketTransportRegistration registration) {
        registration.setMessageSizeLimit(3184700); // default : 64 * 1024
        registration.setSendTimeLimit(20 * 10000); // default : 10 * 10000
        registration.setSendBufferSizeLimit(3 * 512 * 1024); // default : 512 * 1024

    }
}
...
