Swift: уведомление FCM не получено

Я использую FCM для уведомления.

В консоли Firebase я могу отправить уведомление, но по коду PHP не получен и не могу его настроить

1 - Я могу отправлять уведомления через консоль Google и получать, но ничего не печатает в журнале своего приложения

2 - Я могу отправлять уведомления на устройства Android с помощью php-кодов, но не могу отправить для устройств ios

3- didReceiveRemoteNotification совсем не работает
