приложение angular 5 работает на краю, но не работает на ie11

Question

Мое приложение angular 5, работающее на angular cli, не работает на ie11. Что меня удивляет, так это то, что приложение отлично работает. У меня есть мои уловки ployfills для ie и края. На ie11 приложение выдает «ОШИБКА TypeError: Объект не поддерживает свойство или метод» ошибки. Пожалуйста, посмотрите мои ployfills.ts, tsConfig и angular-cli и дайте мне знать, чего не хватает.

Я пытался комментировать полифилы веб-анимации, но безуспешно.
