В приложении с начальной загрузкой или вообще у tomcat настроен пул потоков по умолчанию?

Если мы ничего не настроим, tomcat будет инициировать новые потоки для каждого запроса, и поток будет уничтожен после завершения запроса?

А если настроен пул потоков, конкретный поток будет обслуживать много запросов, когда когда-либо контейнер выберет этот поток из пула?

Как видно из значения по умолчанию, минимальное количество рабочих потоков составляет 10, а максимальное количество рабочих потоков - 200, а максимальная длина очереди для входящих запросов на подключение при всех возможных потоках обработки запросов используются 100.
