Итак, я хотел бы создать сюжет из 6 разных коробочных диаграмм (все в одном рисунке). Я, однако, сталкиваюсь с некоторыми проблемами. Во-первых, есть много NA, и они случайно выбирают набор данных, поэтому я не уверен, как с помощью этой проблемы построить все переменные на одном графике. Во-вторых, ggplot требуется переменная y .... Я довольно плохо знаком с тидиверсом, но не уверен, как создать переменную y, которая позволит представлять каждый график. ggplot требует, чтобы ваши данные были "аккуратными" (подробности см. Здесь https://cran.r -project.org / web / packages / tidyr / vignettes / tidy-data.html ). В вашем случае просто используйте функцию gather из пакета tidyr. Поскольку ваши числовые значения на самом деле являются символьными, а не числовыми, вам также необходимо преобразовать их в числовые, прежде чем наносить их на график. ggplot сбросит значения NA (с предупреждением), поэтому вам не нужно беспокоиться о них.
