Google недавно начал разбивать Firebase и Google Play Services . При этом они, похоже, выдвинули версию 15.0.2 одной из библиотек Firebase как зависимость от других библиотек, даже если вы запрашиваете 15.0.0, что приводит к конфликту, который вы видите.

Их инструкции, похоже, не сработали для нас, когда мы попытались выполнить обновление на основе этого поста в блоге, поэтому пока мы возвращались к сервисам Google Play 12.0.1 и Firebase 12.0.1 до тех пор, пока Google не исправит их проблему.
