Единственное изменение, которое я сделал, следуя моему руководству для преподавателей университета, - это удалить hive-jdbc-1.0.0-standalone.jar и создать / tmp и / user / hive / warehouse. Кто-нибудь может помочь мне использовать улей?

После этого при попытке открыть куст вы получите сообщение об ошибке: metastore использует другую версию schematol. Для этого я использовал: Поэтому следуйте приведенным ниже инструкциям и измените базу данных, например, MySql, в соответствии с вашими требованиями: 

Before you run hive for the first time, run

schematool -initSchema -dbType derby
If you already ran hive and then tried to initSchema and it's failing:

mv metastore_db metastore_db.tmp
Re run

schematool -initSchema -dbType derby
Run hive again

Также, если вы измените каталоги, созданный выше metastore_db не будет найден. У меня это сработало.
