Я хочу установить layout_weight с viewpager 40% и перезапуск 60% в приведенном ниже коде. Но он не отображается должным образом. Он не отображается должным образом в 6.0, но отлично работает в версиях выше 6.0.

Эй, я где-то читал, что рекомендуется присваивать вес всем дочерним элементам родительского макета.Кроме того, важно включить weightSum в родительское представление, а высота представлений должна быть 0dp (или ширина, если ориентация «горизонтальная»)
