Redis-Cli тайм-аут

Question

Я сделал обновление ОС (Ubuntu), и когда я набираю redis-cli, я получаю следующее:

09:25 ~ [server]$ redis-cli 
Could not connect to Redis at 127.0.0.1:6379: Connection timed out not connected> 
09:41 ~ [server]$ redis-cli 
Could not connect to Redis at 127.0.0.1:6379: Connection timed out not connected> 
09:43 ~ [server]$ redis-cli 
Could not connect to Redis at 127.0.0.1:6379: Connection timed out not connected> 

Но redis-server работает и прослушивает порт 6379:

tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:6379          0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      29619/redis-server 

а у меня Redis server v=3.0.7. Я пытался заглянуть в журналы, но ничего необычного. Нет признаков того, что вызывает тайм-аут. Нет подсказки
