Реагировать на настройку проекта

Question

Я следую http://ccoenraets.github.io/es6-tutorial-react/setup/ за настройку реактивного проекта.В конце я получаю эту ошибку после запуска

npm run webpack

Ошибка, которую я получаю -

При использовании Webpack 4 вы должны использовать rules вместо loaders, и лучше использовать use вместо loader.
