Я столкнулся с той же проблемой при обновлении с 1.5 до 2.1.3 и решил, получив Session / SessionFactory в классе Dao вместо autowire при инициализации пружины.

Ниже приведен пример:

1. Удалите DataBeans из вашего примера
2. В классах Dao используйте следующее, чтобы получить Session:

    private EntityManager entityManager;

    private Session getSession() {
        return entityManager.unwrap(Session.class);
    }

}

Если вам действительно нужен SessionFactory, используйте следующую кодировкуи помните, что вам может потребоваться обработать транзакцию вручную.

Я бы посоветовал вам также проверить Спящий режим загрузки Spring, транзакция не выполняется , для проблемы транзакции

Я сделал то же самое, что и вы, но без @ EnableTransactionManagement.

spring.jpa.properties.hibernate.dialect= org.hibernate.dialect.PostgreSQLDialect spring.jpa.через PlatformTransactionManager.Spring Autoconfiguration сделает это, поэтому вам не нужно объявлять это.
