Моя сущность называется "Фортуна", а атрибут называется "id" (двойник).

Мне пришлось решить аналогичную проблему и подойти к ней немного по-другому:

• запрос сущности
• упорядочение по требуемому атрибуту
• ограничить результаты выборки до 1

Код для этого ниже. Я запрашиваю сущность с именем entityName и получаю максимальное значение для атрибута sequenceId.

Тип результата должен быть NSManagedObjectResultType
