HTML-страница прокручивается без содержания

Я сделал простую html-страницу, используя bootstrap (только navbar и footer).Теперь сайт можно прокручивать ... почему?

Из-за использования высоты строки в нижнем колонтитуле это вызывает переполнение. Используйте overflow:auto, чтобы исправить это ...
