Я пытаюсь выяснить, есть ли у меня идиотский момент или действительно ли в libpcap есть утечка памяти. Я использую Ubuntu 17.10 и libpcap 1.8.1-5ubuntu1. Кажется маловероятным, чтобы такая зрелая библиотека имела утечку.
