Модель Laravel не работает должным образом

В настоящее время я работаю над приложением Laravel, но у меня возникла проблема.

У меня есть модель под названием StoreDataProduct, которая имеет два приведения 

protected $casts = [
    'default_image' => 'array',
    'images'        => 'array',
];

Сейчас в двух местах моего приложения эта модель некорректно работает с приведениями. Во-первых, где-то в методе обновления я превращаю модель в массив, чтобы быстро обновить все измененные значения. 

$productArray = $currentStoreDataProduct->toArray();

Но выдает ошибку, что json_decode ожидает строку, но получает массив.

Во-вторых, я пытаюсь получить свойство продукта и поместить его в массив где-то еще в моем приложении, но оно выдает ту же ошибку.

Я выяснил, что вызывает ошибку.Я называю модель, комбинируя некоторые данные из разных таблиц и объединяя их в модель, но при этом возвращаемая модель содержит уже приведенные свойства, потому что она устанавливает их следующим образом. 

public function setRawAttributes(array $attributes, $sync = false)
    {
        $this->attributes = $attributes;

        if ($sync) {
            $this->syncOriginal();
        }

        return $this;
    }

Вот почему яполучение ошибки, поскольку это уже массив для этой только что возвращенной модели.

Я, в конце концов, решил эту ошибку, вызвав getAttributes для объединенной модели вместо toArray.Таким образом, атрибуты устанавливаются в возвращаемой модели так, как они должны быть заданы (JSON вместо массива).
