RCurl getURL с FTP через прокси

В R я пытаюсь получить данные с FTP-сервера, используя RCurl.На сервере активировано явное шифрование.Ниже приведена одна из многочисленных попыток заставить это работать, но я всегда получаю 530 Неверный логин или пароль! Тем не менее имя пользователя / пароль работает при использовании другого клиента, такого как WinSCP.Любая помощь приветствуется!

WinSCP отправляет CONNECT команду прокси: 

. 2018-11-15 17:09:15.999 HTTP proxy command: CONNECT ftp.MyServer.com:21 HTTP/1.1

Пока RCurl отправляет GET команду: 

> GET ftp://User:Pass@ftp.myserver.com/ HTTP/1.1

В cURL вы используете опцию CURLOPT_HTTPPROXYTUNNEL чтобы использовать его CONNECT:

заставить libcurl туннелировать все операции через HTTP-прокси (устанавливается с помощью CURLOPT_PROXY). Существует большая разница между использованием прокси-сервера и туннелированием через него.

Туннелирование означает, что запрос HTTP CONNECT отправляется на прокси с запросом на подключениена удаленный хост с определенным номером порта, а затем трафик просто передается через прокси.

В RCurl это соответствует httpproxytunnel.Так что это должно сделать:
