Как исправить «PermissionError: [Errno 13] В доступе отказано» при подключении ноутбука Jupyter к AWS ec2?

Я настраиваю ec2 на Aws впервые.Когда я приказываю запустить ноутбук Jupyter, он запускается и говорит, что браузер не найден.Однако, когда я помещаю ссылку для подключения Jupyter через мой браузер, я вижу это сообщение в своем браузере - 

This site can’t be reached The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Я несколько раз пытался соединиться с Chrome и Firefox.Но не подключился.Когда я пытаюсь подключиться через Firefox, он показывает следующее сообщение -

The connection to ec2-18-224-212-245.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com:8888 was interrupted while the page was loading.

После ввода команды - jupyter notebook - он запускается, но показывает ошибку браузера не найден

, когда япопробуйте подключить ноутбук jupyter через мой браузер, эта ошибка появляется 

PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied

Я ожидаю, что мой ноутбук Jupyter запустится и загрузится в браузере.Так что я могу использовать свой ноутбук Aws Jupyter.
