Объединить ячейку в слове, используя openxml

Я попытался объединить ячейку таблицы в слово, используя openxml. Ниже приведен мой код, но он не выполняет желаемый результат (объединить ячейку таблицы).Может кто-нибудь помочь, заранее спасибо.

HorizontalMerge должен быть установлен для каждой ячейки в таблице.

Например, чтобы создать таблицу из одной строки, в которой первая ячейка будет обычной, а вторая объединена из двух ячеек, установите для HorizontalMerge ячейки 1 значение «Перезапуск», для ячейки 2 значение «Перезапуск» и для ячейки 3 значение «Продолжить».

В C # это выглядит как

TableCell cell1 = new TableCell();
cell1.TableCellProperties.HorizontalMerge = new HorizontalMerge { Val =  MergedCellValues.Restart };
