Служба Jupyterhub недоступна ошибка и http: 403 запрещено

Я установил сервер jupyterhub с использованием имени пользователя и секретного идентификатора учетной записи Github. но при запуске службы jupyterhub служба недоступна (https://my ip: 8000 системы). У меня установлен python3.6. Как решить эту проблему ??

Найденный ответ здесь работал для меня;Вы можете найти запущенные configurable-http-proxy экземпляры с помощью: 

ps aux | grep configurable-http-proxy

и остановить их: 

kill -9 <pid>
...
