Ошибка развертывания при использовании Spring Integration с Spring MVC

Я сделал документ по SI в приложении с весенней загрузкой, где я мог отправлять и получать сообщения от TcpOutBoundGateway. Сейчас я пытаюсь объединить мой пример модуля весенней интеграции с моим реальным корпоративным весенним приложением.

Для этого я добавил spring -gration.xml в корпоративное приложение и импортировал его в spring-core.xml 

  <import resource="classpath:rx/spring-integration.xml" />

Также добавлены Spring-интеграции-IP и Spring-интеграции-ядро в файл build.gradle. В моем классе обслуживания, мой проводник SI bean 

<bean id="rxService" class="com.api.services.RxService"/>

, который создаст полезную нагрузку для отправки на шлюз, а также получит ответ, проанализирует результат и вернет объект модели. Но при запуске tomcat я получаю сообщение об ошибке ниже.

К вашему сведению - мы используем общий jar, у которого есть bean-компонент buildDetails со свойством apiVersion. Это простой мультиплатформенный проект, и модуль, над которым я работаю, имеет файлы buildDetails.properties, которые имеют ключ-apiVersion и значение.

Теперь запутанная часть - я получаю эту ошибку развертывания, только если я просто импортирую SI xml в spring-core.xml, даже не нужно автоматически связывать его служебный компонент.

Было бы полезно, если бы вы могли подтвердить правильность шагов, которые я сделал для интеграции SI в мое приложение.

Веб-контекст является дочерним по отношению к корневому контексту приложения;если свойства находятся в веб-контексте, бины в корневом контексте не могут их использовать.

Переместите свойства в корневой контекст, чтобы они были видны обоим.
