Запуск службы сигнализации один раз в день на Oreo

Я создал службу, которая просматривает заметки, если они находятся в мусорном баке, она должна запускаться один раз в день, но с обработчиком я думаю, что это разряжает слишком много батареи, поэтому мне нужна ваша помощь Как я могу выполнить задачу один раздень без разряда батареи или чего-то другого, что не является обработчиком?

Когда приложение запускается, приложение NotesApplication создается и запускает класс NotesService, оно должно выполняться весь день, но оно разряжает батарею, поэтому мне нужновыполнять один раз в день

Использование Alarm Manager эффективно. Смотрите реализацию
