Удаленный сертификат недействителен в соответствии с процедурой проверки в StartSendAuthResetSignal

Question

Я пытаюсь отправить электронное письмо из приложения MVC в качестве уведомлений.Письма, отправленные с моей учетной записи, работают нормально, но когда я изменяю настройки почты для отправки с учетной записи клиента, я получаю эту ошибку.
