Iпопробовал самообновление композитора, и у меня нет прокси или подобных вещей.

Я только что попробовал $ curl https://larapack.io/packages.json
и я получаю: curl: (7) Failed to connect to larapack.io port 443: Connection refused
Но если я сделаю curl https://packagist.org/packages.json, это сработает.
Обратите внимание, что оба файла доступны через мой браузер.
Это вызывает у меня сомнения по поводу того, что IPv6 действительно отключен ...
Я пробовал несколько вещей, но не могуи правильный способ проверить, отключен он или нет.
