Как написать XCUITestCase для управления MDCMultilineTextField

В тесте пользовательского интерфейса (XCUITestCase), когда я пытаюсь позволить тесту нажать MDCMultilineTextField, тест завершается неудачно с

Ни элемент, ни какой-либо его потомок не имеют фокус клавиатуры.

Если я пытаюсь использовать тестовый регистратор пользовательского интерфейса и нажимаю MDCMultilineTextField, он не может найти многострочное текстовое поле с ошибкой:

Ошибка сопоставления события с меткой времени: не удалось найти соответствиеэлемент
