я использую компилятор minGW, но "/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-cygwin/7.3.0/../../../../x86_64-pc-cygwin/bin/ld: not find -lglew32s ", похоже, в cygwin .. почему так?и я не могу построить файл справки, пожалуйста
