Push-уведомление в фоновом режиме не работает iOS12 Swift4.2

Question

Я реализовал push-уведомление по firebase.Не удалось получить уведомления из фона.Имея следующий код в моем делегате приложения,

И получая распечатку для данных сообщения, получаю удаленное уведомление

Но я не могу получать push-уведомления, пока фон и передний план,Даже не получая «Данные сообщения» распечатать, пока приложение в фоновом режиме.(Примечание: пожалуйста, не используйте предыдущие ссылки на переполнение стека, и ответы на них уже опробованы, большинство из них не сработало ..)
