maven install не работает в затмении и пробует другие планы

1. настройки> maven> сброс настроек пользователя
2. очистка проекта> обновление maven> очистка maven> установка maven
3. C: \ Users \ docan.m2 \ удаление папки репозитория ипопробуйте step2
